Hello - I’m Lucy Wlodarczyk-Gruber, founder of BioContently.

I combine scientific understanding, entrepreneurial experience, and marketing expertise to help bio-based companies connect innovation with the market.

Over the past years, I’ve gained hands-on experience through 2 in-house roles and 10 complex, long-term client projects - working with various life science and bio-based startups, scale-ups, SMEs, and international corporations.

My work sits at the intersection of:

  • understanding complex technologies and translating them into clear value propositions

  • helping companies communicate their innovations effectively with customers, partners, and stakeholders

  • identifying opportunities for visibility, collaboration, and ecosystem engagement

  • developing integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals [rather than ineffective one-off activities]

I partner with founders and leadership teams to shape and execute initiatives around questions such as:

  • Who are our audiences and how do we make them care about what we are building?

  • What partnerships and connections can help us grow within the bio-based ecosystem?

  • How do we move from a great technology to the right conversations, partnerships, and opportunities?

Before moving into marketing, I trained as a scientist - earning a PhD in Biophysics. That background helps me understand complex technologies and smoothly engage with technical teams and audiences.

🌍 My focus: Bio-based innovation, biosolutions, and the companies building the future of the European bioeconomy.
